We accept cash, personal checks with a valid driver’s license and all major credit cards.
All returned checks will be subject to a $20 fee.
Less than 24 hours cancellation on any service may incur a 50% service charge.
Healing Touch Wellness Center Policies
Our goal is to give each of our clients the best possible experience. In order to achieve this, we ask that all of our guests follow our wellness center guidelines.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow sufficient time for you to fill out any paperwork and get comfortable before your session.
If you are late, you will be charged for the full value of the service. Out of respect for both our clients’ and our therapists’ schedules, sessions will not be extended at the cost of delaying the next appointment.
We ask that all cell phones be turned off and voices be kept to a whisper in order to maintain a sense of peace and tranquility.
Our appointment times are reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us within 24 hours to cancel. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Gift Certificates will be reduced to 50% of their value for no-shows.
It is up to you whether you’d like to stay with one specific therapist or alternate therapists. We enjoy sharing clients and we enjoy working with you to achieve health, balance and happiness.
